This privacy policy applies to the Impact Starfield application (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") for mobile devices that was created by Denilson Oliveira (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a commercial product. This service is intended to be used "AS IS".

The App does not collect precise information about your mobile device's location.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information and necessary notices.

Opt-Out Rights You can easily stop all information collection by the App by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstallation processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy The Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you wish them to delete the User-Provided Data you have provided through the App, please contact them at studioxoyox@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time frame.

Children The Service Provider does not knowingly use the App to solicit data or market to children under the age of 13.

The App does not target anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete such information from their servers.
